Who We Are
Nadja Lüdicke
Managing Partner
Nadja Lüdicke has extensive experience in advising companies in the energy and medical technology industries. Her expertise lies in building and optimising integrated business processes, change management, risk management and digital business transformation. Prior to founding DELTA WAYS, she was Director of Operations at curasan AG, where she was responsible for the transformation of all operational areas with a strong focus on customer-oriented performance. In addition to her role as Managing Partner at DELTA WAYS, Nadja also leads and oversees the Project Management Office.
Daniel Schiffer
Director Finance & Administration
Daniel Schiffer has been working in Finance and Administration for over 20 years. Before taking over the Commercial Management of DELTA WAYS, he was responsible for Finance, Administration and Human Resources at Topcon Medical Deutschland GmbH, where he worked for over 15 years.
Daniel has extensive experience in the correct mapping of all order processes and in inventory valuation, which, against the background of international business, is often associated with a high level of complexity and tax and customs issues.
Felix Kraeft
Co-Founder and Director of Quality & Regulatory Affairs
Felix has more than 25 years of experience in the medical technology industry. He is the founder, managing director and quality manager of several medical technology and consulting companies. His expertise lies in the areas of spine surgery and traumatology, ECG and long-term ECG devices. He has extensive knowledge in the fields of quality and risk management as well as international regulatory affairs. His track record includes clinical and preclinical studies for international companies in the EU and the USA. Felix was responsible for the development of medical products for spinal surgery. At DELTA WAYS, Felix focuses on the implementation of regulatory issues related to the USA, EU and China, as well as the requirements of ISO 13485.
